NTR and director Ravi Babu arrested at Shankarpalli ???

It is heard from the sources that Nandamuri Taraka Ratna (NTR) and director Ravi Babu were arrested near Shankarpalli area for shooting the film “Eduruleni Alexander” without proper permissions. The shooting was halted and they were taken to police station and kept for a long time and later on released.
Everything went fine without any media around but how come this news was out is the main twist here , it is said that PRO of the film leaked this to gain free publicity for the film. Well anything can be done for the publicity of the film?
