Kajal requirements for signing a project

Tollywood actress Kajal is in top position and directors and producers are running beyond her for dates. But many of them are failing to get her to their project. This is not for because of remuneration or script, kajal has two requirements which she made it as mandatory they are either the project should have a Top hero or top director if in least case at least it should has rich production values.
If this is missing she is denying the projects recently she rejected one project just because the hero could not score at least two hits. Even for Bollywood she is following same principles. Have to see how far she will be successful in this.
