Story:
Jai (Prabhas) is a cool dude living in Milan and there he comes across Manasa (Richa). She likes him but her family in India is from Palnadu which is ridden with faction fights.
Her elders (Nagineedu, Sampath, and Subbaraju) are always seeking vengeance on Deva (Sathyaraj) the head of a neighboring village.
But Deva believes in peace. Meanwhile, Jai comes to Hyderabad and through his tact he enters into the household of Manasa. Why does he come there? Who is Jai? All this forms the rest of the story.
Opening will be Jai (Prabhas) a cool going man in Milan. He is an artitech and a uses dude word often. He comes across Manasa (Richa), they starts getting close and Manasa likes him.
She is girl from India her family lives in Palnadu which is a home for faction. Her family is in dispute with Deva (Satyaraj) from neighboring village. But Deva is not such a person to encourage faction he always wants peace which will make him to come across tough situations.
In the meanwhile jai comes to Hyderabad and enters into house of Manasa. Why did Jai comes to Hyderabad and who is he? Forms the crux of the story.
Analysis:
Mirchi is released with high expectations and also this is very important for prabhas as his previous Rebel is not a massive hit near box office and also to the director Koratala Siva as it is his first film.
Story writing is entirely different from execution of the story that too with a star hero like Prabhas it is much more difficult. But we can say that Siva has scored pass marks in becoming the director.
The story line is very routine and the comedy track is not so strong apart from this the film taking and the hero values are very good. Prabhas is rocking in some scenes. It would have been better if he had used more powerful dialogues but he had gone simply with story line.
Anyhow apart from the entertainment and routine story line everything is ok. And the film is an above average click.

- Weak Story Line.(Fans talk: Mix of all these stories - 'Athidi', 'Krishna' ,'Brindavanam', 'Dhammu' and 'Sankham'.)
- Outdated factionism.
- Dragging in second half.
- Except Brahmi, No comedy.
