A 2 year old girl who is kidnapped at the High court today. The latest news is that the visuals of the kidnapper are caught on cctv and the kidnapper is identified as Hanumantha Rao who belongs to Guntur. It is learnt that kidnapper Hanumantha Rao has escpaed along with the kid to Guntur. The police have sent two teams to nab the kidnapper.
