Former Prime Minister Manmohan Singh was summoned as one of the accused in a coal scam case by a Delhi court. "I am upset but this is part of life," he told reporters reacting to this, "I have always said I am open for legal scrutiny. I am sure the truth will prevail and I will get a chance to put forward my case with all the facts. I have confidence in Indian judicial system and in a fair trial I am sure I will be able establish my innocence" Singh added.
