The restaurant has made a 37-kilo sweet jalebi to enter the Guinness Book of World Records. It is the effort of 12 people who have teamed up to prepare the sweet for four hours. When contacted, the head chef at Mumbai's Sanskriti Restaurant, Gaurav Chaturvedi said that it took 100 days of practice and close to 20 hours of work daily.
