Story:

Singam is hit film in 2010 and this Singam 2 sequel to that film starts as Surya resigns to his job and starts working in a school as the NCC teacher. Being in that Teacher job he collects information about a drug dealers Tyagaraju (Rahman) and Bhai (Mukesh Rishi) which is in connect with the international drug dealer Danny (Danny). Why he becomes NCC teacher? And what happens after this Form the rest of the story.

Analysis:
If a film is taken as a sequel for a hit movie lot of care should be taken in making the film. This is where Singam 2 failed. It may not be a complete failure but the masala is definitely missing when compared with the first part.

Surya performance is outstanding in the whole film. He delivered his 100 per to this film.
Hari has taken care of the Action sequences and Romantic track in the film. But the film fails to connect with the audience. Action sequences are excellent but the comedy track is not satisfactory. And the main back log is music by DSP this time he failed to give out at least one hit.

First half starts with little pace but picks up the speed and catches the audience pulse and shift the same to second half but he failed to maintain it till the end of the film.

Interval bang is ok

Second half is where Hari failed to take care. The Chase scene seems to be over natural and the dialogues are very lengthy where audience waits for the dialogue to end.

Finally:
Singam 2 fails to carry that Singam power
