He did it again! Chief Minister Kiran Kumar Reddy vent his view in a three pages letter, addressed to Prime Minister. He strongly stated that, the process of bifurcation is going beyond constitutional norms. He asked Prime Minister to intervene and settle all things before cabinet takes a final decision. He opined that all the stakeholders should unanimously approve the process. This shows his fervent stand. But why he again raised his voice again? His criticizers say that, the high command is contemplating to change the guard in the state. They believe that, after being realized about his removal, he once again pointed his guns towards Delhi. This argument is also having some base, when we look at the developments in the national capital. Governor Narsimhan is too busy meeting bigwigs of the politics in Delhi. He is on three days tour. First day, he met some union ministers, who are also members of the committee appointed on bifurcation. He visited Sonia twice and now waiting for Prime Minister's appointment. He also had a talk with Digvijay Singh. On the other hand, union home ministry is gearing up its preparations. A high level meeting took place on Friday. The detailed information on various departments of the states will be submitted before November 5th. All these are the signs for centre's firm stand on the bifurcation. In this course, adamant congress may definitely think of changing Kiran Kumar Reddy.
