He happens to be former Bihar Chief Minister, former Railway Minister, and present day Loksabha MP and his name is Lalu Prasad Yadav. The iconic RJD chief who established a clout for himself and family in Bihar politics and national politics is now in a positing to put stop to his Loksabha affair. Apparently Lalu Prasad Yadav is disqualified from Loksabha today for being convicted in the fodder scam that dates back to early 90s. He happens to be the first Member of Parliament from Loksabha to get disqualification notice from Speaker Meera Kumar. Upon a Supreme Court ruling that politicians who are holding people's representative posts should be disqualified immediately after proving guilty by a Court, Lalu is the first one to the axing. On the other hand, JD(U)'s Jagdish Sharma, another convicted in the 17 year old Bihar fodder scam is also disqualified by the speaker. Earlier in the day, Congress MP Rasheed Masood became the first MP from Rajyasabha to get stripped of his post after he was found guilty on some 10 year old corruption charges.
