On one side the efforts of the GoM are vigorous. The process of bifurcation is being speeded. Now the Union Ministers Kavuri Sambasiva Rao and J.D. Sheelam approached the GoM, and requested to make Hyderabad U.T.

When they came out, the journalists asked what was the response from the GoM, for their plea. They were reluctant to respond and kept quiet. But from the internal sources, it was known that these two minister vehemently reacted when their plea was not well taken by the GoM. It is known that they threatedned the GoM  that they would  tender their resignations. The romours were there that they had gone to the extent of saying "Even when our own people are expressing their hatredness towards our behavior and attitude, we are not caring them and making request for this only single proposal to felicitate the smooth bifurcation. In spite of the severe criticism from our own people and a great threat that we may not be elected this time, we are respecting the High Commands words. Even after these humiliations, our small request is not being honoured."

Now as their request is not being giving importance, now they are threatening the GoM that they would resign. Here is a small and genuine doubt of common men that Had they threaten to resign or really tender their resignation earlier, when the bifurcation decision had been announced, the Union Government would have come down. Why did not they do it then and why are they doing the same now.

If they have confidence that the Union Government would yield to their threatening, they why do not all the Ministers come to a single decision. i.e. not to proceed for the bifurcation. If that is done, still would not there be a chance to stop the bifurcation?
