YSRC is not able to digest and stomach the clever political role played by Chandrababu Naidu in supporting Telangana but not the lopsided and arbitrary bifurcation process chosen by the Sonia led UPA government. By doing so the TDP has checkmated the Congress from doing its own political gimmick in the name of Telagnana.
The political verbal battle in AP has taken ugly shape and even personal affairs are not spared. Stung by the allegations that Jagan was Dattaputrudu of Sonia the YSRC termed both Chief Minister N Kiran Kumar Reddy and TDP chief Chandrababu Naidu as her secret sons( Rahasya putrulu) and that both were cooperating and colluding with Congress high command.
Both Naidu and Reddy were a confused lot, full of ambiguity and acting as her agents, says Shoba Nagi Reddy, the YSRC leader who was once a minister in Chandrababu Naidu cabinet. They are giving full support to bifurcation though outwardly they are opposing the process as they want to exploit the hurt sentiments of Seemandhra people for their personal political agenda', she says.
