Who is Ruler - Balakrishna or Jr. NTR ?

Boyapati seenu, who gave a break to Balakrishna with “Simha” film, is once again doing a film with  Balakrishna and the title for the film is considered as “Ruler”. Simha movie brought Nandi for Balakrishna.

Boyapat’s recent film “Dammu “has a song named Ruler. Now he has chosen this as a title for the movie. if this title is conformed then Boyapati has ti justify who will be ruler Balakrishna or Junior. NTR as he already stated Junior.NTR as ruler in "Dhammu".  Boayapati has announced  in the audio function of  Srimanarayana” that he will definitely direct a film again with Balayya. So folks just wait for the official announcement of the title.
