Story:
Dorababu (Srikanth) lives in a village near Godavari district. He is like a normal villager but with no proper values plays cards, roaming with friends, drinking etc. His attitude is very reckless and careless person. His life changes by meeting with swapna (Vidisha) who comes new to the village. Unfortunately due to certain circumstances she falls in love with him. And the main turn for the story starts when the villain (Jayaprakash Reddy) eyed on the temple in the village where Dorababu is protector for it, the temple dates back to the king Krishna devaraya times. Hoe Dorababu connected to the link and how the things goes on from there forms the rest of the story.

Analysis:This story is mixture of past and present. While choosing subjects like this the director should be wise enough to care of all the elements and mainly he should not miss lead certain logics.
That logic is missing in this film a lot. It is trying to associate a king of real history to a love affair with a dancer and then creating a plot on the backdrop of Godavari which has no connection to the Vijayanagara Empire is too much creativity.
Actually history says Krishnadevaraya had eight wives and out of them Tirumala Devi and Chinna Devi were popular. Let’s assume that this is totally a fiction story but it’s doesn’t even persist that values. No entertainment comedy track was nil, artists were not used properly.
Finally first half was a bit ok. But the second half was completely taken movie to hell. Director has good thought but failed in presenting it. Of course talent of director knows only in presentation. The plus for the movie is visual feast by Meenakshi Dixit and the production values. Near Box office it will be spice less.

Finally:Don't watch it if you like Krishnadevaraya.
