AP Chief Minister Chandrababu Naidu has been seen on a happy note in the AP Legislative Council on Friday. Speaking on the occasion, Chandrababu Naidu has narrated about the nature of Basavapunnaiah saying that though he is very aged but his heart is like a small child. Whether, he is of 8 years child raised by by one of the council member, Chandrababu Naidu has jokingly commented countering the said comments.
