Irrespective of severe criticism from all corners from Seemandhra, why the region's MPs are still not ready to quit their posts? It is not just the minister posts knotted by Congress party we are talking about, but the basic MP post that is given by people. There seems to be a reason.

Though these Seemandhra ministers, including Chiranjeevi and JD Seelam, who have become MPs through Rajya Sabha, are offering resignations to their ministry, they are not ready to quit from MP seat. The reason is simple. Chiru can stay as an MP till 2018, while JD Seelam's tenure will end by 2016. Though governments changes, these nominated Rajya Sabha MPs don't lose their posts and that is why these Seemandhra MPs are still sticking to the posts.

Coming to other Loksabha MPs like Kavuri, Purandareswari, Panabaka Lakshmi, these ministers have already lost hope about their contesting and winning in next elections. Also they think that their quitting will not affect high-command's decision, and that is making them think like they will continue in posts for three more months. This is the real facet of Seemandhra ministers, and their reason for not resigning to MP posts, say analysts.
