Now a days, supporters of political parties compare their leaders as Gods, Goddesses. In the same vein TRS chief, Telangana Chief Minister KCR is hailed as Father of The Nation, Mahatma Gandhi.
This is done by none other than KCR's daughter Kavitha, Nizamabad MP. Speaking in meeting with TRS cadre at Nizamabad, she said thanks to the sacrifices of two lean men, people are enjoying the benefits of freedom and statehood.
She said while Mahatma Gandhi fought Britishers and got freedom, KCR fought Andhraites to get separate Telangana. She added just like Gandhi bent the back of mighty Britishers, KCR bent the back of the Union Govt headed by Congress led UPA. Analysts say though KCR played key role in the formation of Telangana, it is in bad taste comparing him with Father of The Nation.
