After earning international acclaim with SS Rajamouli’s historic and war drama Baahubali:The Beginning and Baahubali 2:The Conclusion, young Rebel star Prabhas’s next multi-lingual (Telugu, Tamil, Malayalam and Hindi) action and romantic entertainer Saaho, a mega budget action spectacle, is awaited with very high expectations. Currently the movie is progressing at brisk pace in the direction of Sujeeth Reddy of Run Raja Run fame. If ongoing buzz in media and film industry is to be believed, Prabhas will play dual role in this big budget drama. The sources say that Rebel star will be seen as a powerful person in one role while doing a timid, shy person in another role in the film, being bankrolled by UV Creations. However, official confirmation is awaited.
Bollywood actress Shraddha Kapoor is playing the female lead. Earlier it was heard that she will make her screen presence in dual avatar but later she refuted the rumour. Recently the makers wrapped up the first schedule in Hyderabad. Apart from the lead pair, the film has other stars like Neil Nitin Mukesh, Mahesh Manjrekar, Jackie Shroff, Mandira Bedi and Chunkey Pandey in important roles. International stuntman Kenny Bates, popular for his work on movies such as Die Hard and Transformers, has been brought on board. The film has the music by Shankar-Ehsaan-Loy.
