AP Minister Acham Naidu reacting to threatening statements from YCP Chief Jagan in AP Assembly today said that YS Jagan is corrupted person and a criminal. Reacting to Jagan's statement of challenging TDP party on Budget, he remarked that Jagan is so corrupt that he was booked in many cases that this blot will not be removed even though he tries many times to wipe it or cleanse it in future.
