Take a look at the footage of CCTV capturing the dramatic rescue of a man who accidently fell on to the tracks of a Philadelphia subway station while waiting for a train on Wednesday April 15. He was saved by another person by name Charles Collins, who has shown his quick thinking move by rescuing him. The person who fell on to the tracks sustained multiple bone injuries.
