All in all T-JAC chief Kodandaram has sent 11 files in a single e-mail to the Group Of Ministers. In fact GoM asked everyone concerned with bifurcation/integration of Andhra Pradesh to send an e-mail to Home Ministry, such that they will go through everyone's issues. Acting quick on the invitation, T-JAC prepared some 'bullet points' that any look like sour grapes for Andhra region. Evolving out a road map for the formation of Telangana, Kodandaram mentioned that there is no need of making Hyderabad as joint capital for Andhra Pradesh and Telangana states for 10 long years. Indeed, the T-JAC felt that three years is enough for Seemandhra people to run their administrative capital from Hyderabad as Andhra people can build their own in 3 years. Also he mentioned in his mail that Seemandhra state should be given a place at the outskirts of city at either Ramoji Film City or near Gachibowli to run their base, but shouldn't be given any place in the epicentre of Hyderabad. The memorandum submitted by TJAC urged the centre to consider assets of Telangana prior to 1956 as assets of T-state only but not common as assets. Also they mentioned that all non-locals should be found out and repatriated to Andhra region in order to do justice to Telangana employees. Political analysts quipped that if T-JAC chairman really knows how much time will be needed to build a capital like Hyderabad, and where will Seemandhra state run its capital from in places like RFC and Gachibowli.
