TDP senior leader and former Speaker Yanamala Ramakrishnudu has charged the UPA centre of linking the Telagnana bifurcation issue with Sonia Gandhi birthday (December 9) and also with the Jagan bail.
Yanamala says that a 'nam ke vaste' (dummy) bill for Telangana is being pushed in Parliament just to bring it out before the Sonia Gandhi birthday. 'They made a misfired statement on December 9th, 2009 and now want to rectify it by announcing T bill on same day four years later'.
Every attempt is made to subvert constitution by misinterpreting the articles 371 D and also article 258 (a) there by giving the Governor and the President extraordinary powers to facilitate the Telangana bifurcation. 'The T bill is drafted in such a manner that even if it is not endorsed in assembly and parliament, both the Governor and President of India could put their stamp on it blindly'
