The leader of Opposition of Andhra Pradesh and YSRCP president YS Jagan Mohan Reddy has shocked one and all with his "reaction" to Union Budget 2015 proposed by NDA government on Saturday. Taking everyone by surprise, including his own party leaders, Jagan maintained a "stoic silence" and not even uttered a single word on the Budget so far.
At a time, who's who of Andhra Pradesh and Telangana are crying foul against injustice meted out to both Telugu-speaking states, Jagan's silence despite being the Opposition leader has become talking point in political circles. "He might be mulling over to getting close to BJP. It's his political choice. But not even uttering a word against or in favour of Budget is certainly non negotiable."
Even the supporters of YSRCP and its leaders caught off guard with Jagan's stance on the Budget. Except an IIM and a mere Rs 100 Crore to Polavaram, nothing concrete has been announced for Andhra Pradesh.
